1. Accommodation and Stay Terms
Accommodation is provided in our exclusive Primal Style Family Tent, offering a unique blend of comfort and wilderness.
Each tent includes:
Comfortable mattress
Clean bedding
Lantern for ambient lighting
Power supply is available at a common charging station. Tents do not have individual plug points.
Tents are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child or 2 adults only.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings must be made in advance through our official channels.
Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Once confirmed, booking details and campsite location will be shared.
3. Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the campsite.
All meals are prepared freshly at the camp using local and seasonal ingredients.
Special dietary requirements must be informed 48 hours before check-in.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: From 1:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:30 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Guests are requested to adhere strictly to the check-in/out timings.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
100% refund if canceled 7 days before the check-in date.
No refund if canceled within 5 days of check-in.
No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
6. Group and Corporate Bookings
For group bookings of more than 6 persons, guests must inform us 10 days in advance.
We offer customized corporate camping and team-building experiences.
7. Rules and Regulations
Maintain cleanliness and respect other campers and nature.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas.
Campfires are allowed only in designated spots under staff supervision.
8. Health and Safety
Carry your own medications and health essentials.
Inform staff in advance of any health conditions.
Activities like trekking and hiking are undertaken at your own risk.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage during the stay.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
10. Environmental Responsibility
Help us preserve the environment.
Avoid using plastic and dispose of waste in designated bins.
Use natural resources mindfully.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information shared with us is kept confidential.
It is used solely for booking and communication purposes.
